reviews are everything in our industry. We have been making QR code displays/flyers/postcards for our communities to display in-house encouraging reviews on all platforms. We’ve also started collecting and displaying personalized unique testimonials on all our local websites. this day will be a good reminder to our field to encourage reviews and we will build a media campaign for it

Love it @charlotte.plaster! If you need any collateral, we have a promotional kit with logos and assets on thelanding page - you could add your own logo as well so it’s branded to you!

I love that you guys are already so ahead of the game - since you have already stressed the importance of reviews internally on all platforms, I feel like this holiday will be an easy win for you guys at Pacifica :100: @carly.dodd

Not sure yet. We ask for reviews from our customers daily in both service and sales. Our reputation score is hovering around 900. If anything, maybe an internal contest. The winner is the one mentioned in the most reviews submitted on June 8th.

I don’t know yet. I had never heard of this until just now. We ask for reviews every day in multiple ways. I will have to come up with something.

I love a good contest @tanya.mckinney!!! That’s a great way to incentivize the team - it won’t only help them out personally, but the brand as a whole :bulb:
